Today a second training module on ‘Corporate Governance’ for Master students doing the programme ‘Economics and Business Administration’ has started.
This year, the course is taught by brilliant lecturers - Prof. Sven’Olof Collin (Sweden), who taught his part in December 2023, and a PUA graduate, a Managing Partner of the Bureau of Investment Programs and a co-founder of the Economic Development Association, a member of the budget commission of Dnepropetrovsk regional council, Olexandr Bondarenko (teaching in January).
Today, PUA students had an opportunity to design a system of a company governance in interactive mode, discuss the issues of a company value, dependence/independence of corporate governance subjects, fiduciarity of Supervisory Boards, and many others.
