On the 17^th of April in the attack at Kharkiv city centre, a university building 2 suffered from a direct hit of a missile, which caused substantial destruction and damage.

A development programme of the university – it is reaching a new level and functioning on a larger scale.

Perspective expenditures – improvement of the material and technical base (only major strategic projects), scholarships for gifted students and teachers (support of research, international mobility, and conference activity), introduction of new academic programmes and courses (forward-looking and career broadening).

Development through fundraising depends on trust to PUA and support of its concept and mission.
