On the eve of Student Day, a solemn city event was held in Kharkiv, bringing together students, rectors, teachers, and representatives of leading higher education institutions.
During the meeting, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov congratulated the participants on the holiday and gave the Mayor's Awards to the city's best students for their significant achievements in education, scientific activity, creativity, and active civic engagement. It is a pleasure to note that among the awardees was Sofiia Likunova (BE-4), a student at the People's Ukrainian Academy.
The event also included a student intellectual battle, in which 22 teams competed for the title of most erudite.
