Today, the fourth-year students of the Translation and Interpreting School had the opportunity to talk to Ms Williams, a lecturer from the UK.
This is especially nice because Ms Williams is a true friend of our country.
In this difficult time, she is helping refugees from Ukraine who are now in the UK to learn English, as well as our military personnel who are currently training in Great Britain. Ms Williams is also a member of a humanitarian foundation that raises funds and organises charity concerts to support our country.
The guest told the students about her experience, her country, and shared her impressions of communicating with her students. A lot of questions were asked. Ms Williams noted the high level of language proficiency of our students.
It was agreed to have further meetings.
