The experiment on state grant support for students in Ukraine is gaining momentum, and People’s Ukrainian Academy (PUA) is one of its participants.
On July 18, 2024, a resolution was passed to implement an experimental project based on the "Money Follows the Student" principle. Through this initiative, applicants who scored 150/170 points (depending on their chosen major) in at least two subjects on the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT) will receive an annual grant of 15,000/25,000 UAH from the state budget for their education.
University selection is becoming more deliberate, focusing not only on state-funded spots but also on the quality and content of education, which is a notable feature of many private universities today. This allows applicants to concentrate on engaging in academic projects, internships, exchange programs, and more.
This year, 11% of the incoming bachelor's students at our university are eligible to receive such grants. Congratulations to them!
However, the admissions campaign is still ongoing until October 31, and we hope to see even more students join this cohort!
