The first this academic year meeting of the Students’ Business Club took place on October 27.
The meeting speaker was Ivan Movchan, a founder and director of "Ukrainian Weight Company", a graduate of the Faculty of “Business Management” (2007), and a member of the Academy's Board of Trustees. The conversation was on the urgent topic "Business under martial law: problems and solutions".
For about two hours the guest told many interesting things about starting and running his business, especially in such difficult conditions as now, about the problems he faced and how he solved them. He spoke about the Battle of Kharkiv at the beginning of the war, answered sharp questions, gave brilliant answers and useful advice, and held a live conversation (albeit online). It was interesting for all participants of the meeting, who were economics students, future translators, sociologists, and experienced teachers. In total, the Business Club "gathered" more than 70 participants.
