Congratulations to Maksym Tykhyi, an 11th-grade student of the PUA Lyceum, and Aliona Yakunina, a fifth-year student of the Translation and Interpreting Faculty at Kharkiv Humanitarian University (PUA), on receiving the Talent Scholarships awarded by the Mayor of Kharkiv.
